HOUSE REFORM

Renovation project of a single-family house in Sant Cugat del Vallès.

The project's goal is to reform the house to adapt it to the owner's requests. Currently, the ground floor is used as parking and storage room while the house itself is on the first floor which can be reached through an outside staircase.

In order to take better advantage of the space, the living room is moved to the ground floor and a new bedroom is added on the first floor. Moreover, a new bathroom is installed and the outside staircase is shooted down and a new one is made inside the house.

Finally, taking advantage of the fact the house is reformed, the conditions of accessibility of the house will be improved by creating an accessible route to the interior of the house.
