DWELLING RENOVATION

Full management of the renovation of a dwelling in Valldoreix.

We carry out the full management of a partial renovation of a dwelling in Valldoreix in order to extend its surface with auxiliary constructions.

The project organizes the side yard of the dwelling by adding an auxiliary building almost transparent. This new space will be used as a living-dining room during the summer which it also has a kitchen-barbecue and a bathroom. Next to it, there is a swimming pool surrounded by natural wood flooring that leads the way to the house.

The enlargement of the existing dwelling allows to place a new double room and a bathroom, so, a new facade is created.

The original entrance is modified and texturized in order to create a space that accompanies the user to all the spaces of the house, some more public and some more private.
