HOUSE RENOVATION

Full management of the renovation of a house in Terrassa, Barcelona.

We carry out the project design, the construction management and the construction work of this house where all the existing architectural elements that characterize the dwelling are restored.

The original floorings are kept and recovered, as well as ornaments, frames, cornices, etc.

The selection of color white as common denominator of all walls and carpentries and ceilings as well as the new furniture, allows to create a high contrast with the plywood flooring and hydraulic floorings which have showier shades.

The original walls of the dwelling, as well as the catalan vault ceilings, have been restored and maintained, except for the living room where there is a vinyl picture of a sky that recreates an exterior space inside the house.
