HOUSE RENOVATION

Renovation project of a terraced house in Terrassa, Barcelona.

We do a draft of the renovation of a terraced house that aims to improve its current functionality by changing the inner distribution and adapting it to the needs of the promoters.

The parking, on the ground floor, is eliminated in order to allocate the living-dining room and the kitchen and also to get space on the first floor which is used to place a new bedroom. All this, allows to divide the day functions and the night functions of the dwelling in different floors.

The loft on the upper floor allows to create a play and storage area and an entrance to the upper terrace.
