APARTMENT BUILDING

Project design for the construction of multifamily housing in Sant Feliu de Llobregat, Barcelona.

The basic project includes, besides multifamily housing, shopping areas and parking. The request is to appraise economically and financially the investment and to make a proposal of the final result.

In free inner space of the plot there is a community space where there is the possibility to build a swimming pool. The parking has a communal entrance and it is located underground.

On the ground floor there are three stairwells, some apartments and shops facing the street.

In the rest of the floors are placed the apartments of different sizes and shapes but they all have the same goal: to have two facades and crossed ventilation.
