HOUSE OF MUSIC COMPETITION

The project proposes for this container space with a diversity of functions related to the world of music (music rooms, recording studio, practice rooms, multifunctional spaces...) a building that emphasizes its geometry and structure as its main feature by creating a transparent perimeter and a central gardened patio that acts as power lung of the building since it produces the stack effect on summer and the greenhouse effect on winter.

Between this facade and the central gardened patio are created transition spaces, atriums and corridors which get a link between the city and the building.

An isolation system which combines air chambers and absorbent fibers is used in the cladding.
