HOUSE RENOVATION

Project design and rehabilitation work in a terraced house in Sabadell (Barcelona).

The main goal of this work is to solve the pathologies of the roof related to entry of rainwater and degradation of facades produced over time.

Besides the reparation of the rotten beams and the walls and ceilings degraded because of humidity, a new solution for the roof is built to avoid new water infiltrations. The roof is made of sandwich panels, waterproofing sheet and roof tiles and the facade fissures are mended and painted over.

Finally, some interventions are carried out, such as the bathrooms renovation and the backyard paving.
