SHOPPING MALL

Project design for the construction of a shopping mall in Malabo (Equatorial Guinea).

The building has six floors and each one has a different function. The ground floor and the first floor are mostly intended for the shopping mall and its entrance has a double space that highlights it. There are also areas intended for offices and restaurants. The remaining floors are fully intended to housing and each one of them has three two-room and three-room apartments with terrace and balcony.

The facades of housing are made of brickwork and combines ceramic bricks and coated concrete bricks. The facades of the shopping mall are ventilated curtain walls.
