MULTIFAMILY HOUSING

Project design for multifamily housing in Djibloho, Equatorial Guinea.

The project aims to create new multifamily housing and develop their plots by giving them character, definition and a close relation with the environment.

The apartments are organized in two horizontal bent bars which create connection spaces in between. The bars also have different heights and some towers appear, but there is always a continuous strip of two or three levels which acts as a plinth.

The exterior is a large plaza that has differents areas with distinct pavements which create many levels that are connected through accessible ramps and stairs. The area also has spaces with arbors, an artificial pond and vegetation.
