Project of a new single family house in Viladecavalls.

As a particularity of the project, it is important to explain that the plot where it is located has a very steep slope, so the topographic adaptation will be key when developing it.

Thus, access to the house is found on the lower floor, at street level. On this floor we only find the parking lot and a core of vertical communication to the rest of the house.

On the next floor there is an office and work area that has an independent access from an external staircase.

The dwelling as such is located on the top floor, which has a large living room, a large kitchen, four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a lavatory and a laundry room. In addition, the floor has access to the outside patio, which also has a swimming pool.

As usual, the project considers and incorporates sustainable and efficient facilities to reduce energy consumption and demand.
