HOUSE EXTENSION

Single family house extension project in Sant Cugat del Vallès.

Some former clients whose house we renovated a few years ago, trust us once again to, this time, expand it.

Currently, the house has one floor and to fit the new rooms that the clients need, it is proposed to create a first floor where the new main room, a full bathroom, a dressing room and a small open study will be located.

In order to access the new floor, a new staircase is installed that will also provide the house with a double space that will connect the current studio with the new one.

To carry out the extension, the facilities will also have to be slightly modified and completed to service the new floor. Apart from installing the new power lines or plumbing, thermal solar panels will be installed to reduce energy consumption.
