MULTI-FAMILY HOUSING

Project to implement an apartment building in Madrid.

We were ask to finish an apartment building in Madrid that had been occupied for a few years. The intervention is based on maintaining a large part of the original distribution and fixing the apartments, which were in poor condition.

So, it is mainly intervened on the facilities, finishes and windows.

Almost all the facilities are new since the originals were very deteriorated and did not meet the appropriate conditions. The finishes were also in poor condition and required a replacement. In addition, it has been decided to give a warmer and more minimalist and modern style. Finally, the windows were also quite old and not well maintained, so it was decided to install new ones with higher features in order to improve the efficiency of the building.
