NEW HOUSE

Project of a new terraced house in Castellbisbal.

The particularity of this project is that the volumetry and exterior materials are defined by municipality regulations, so the design is focused in the interior of the house. The distribution is proposed following the wishes and needs of the owners, who prioritize large, open and bright spaces.

The house has 4 floors; the ground floor is entirely used as a parking with an area for facilities. The first floor is intended for the day area, which has the kitchen, living-dining room, a small sink and, due to the topography of the plot, a backyard. The second and third floors are destined to night area and we find a total of 4 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, a large study and a full bathroom.
