HOUSE RENOVATION

Project for the renovation of a terraced house in Terrassa.

The project includes partial demolition and also expansion of an old house in order to renovate a typical "casa de cos" (terraced house) in Terrassa. The house is designed according to the owners' needs and it is distributed in three floors.

Taking advantage of the altitude at which the ground floor is located, an excavation can be made and set a basement floor that will be used as a parking space. As in most of these houses, the day area is located on the ground floor and it has hall, pantry, accessible bathroom and a large living-dining-kitchen room that faces the backyard. The night area is located on the upper floor and, in this case, it has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
