HOUSE RENOVATION

Renovation project which includes the installation of an elevator in a single-family house in Terrassa.

The owners of a single-family house in Terrassa want to make it accessible and decide to install an elevator inside of it.

In this case, installing an elevator implies a change in the distribution of the house and therefore, carrying out a reform as a previous step before placing the elevator.

Therefore, in order to install the elevator, the distribution of all floors had to be modified, some radiators replaced and the electrical installation re-done. From here, the floor slabs have been partially demolished to make room for the elevator shaft and the elevator itself.
