Project of a new single family house in Ullastrell.

The topography of the plot is very steep and, therefore, ends up being an important element when it comes to distributing the house while considering the needs and demands of the clients.

So the house has two floors, ground floor and first floor, and because of the topography, the entrance from the street is located on the first floor.

On the top floor we find the day area, which has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and laundry room plus a two-car parking space. On the ground floor we find a large living-dining-kitchen room and which is related to the back exterior patio, where we find a swimmingpool.
