NEW HOUSE

Project of a new single family house in Terrassa.

We designed a new house on a plot where until now there had been a small industrial building in disuse. This is completely demolished in order to build the house according to the needs of the clients.

In this case, the new housing has two floors, ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor there is the day area, which consists of a living-dining room, kitchen and a full bathroom, as well as a two-car parking space. At the back of the plot there is a large patio with a swimmingpool.

On the first floor we find the night area, with 3 bedrooms (1 of them suite), a bathroom and a laundry room.

In parallel to all the functional requirements, we also want to respond to the technical requirements so the house could have a minimum energy consumption and it is as much efficient and sustainable as possible.
