Project of a new single family house in Sant Cugat del Vallès.

We have a new assigment to build a single family house in Sant Cugat del Vallès. In this case, the topography of the plot is quite steep and, therefore, it ends up being an important element when considering the needs and demands of the clients.

So the house has two floors, ground floor and basement, and because of the topography, the basement also has an exit to the outside.

However, the house itself is completely located on the ground floor, where there are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 laundry room and a large living-dining-kitchen room that has an exit to the outside where we find a swimmingpool. In the basement we find the parking and two adjoining rooms that have access to the outside patio.
