HOUSE RENOVATION

Project for the renovation of a terraced house in Terrassa.

The project aims to solve the needs of renovation of a typical "casa de cos" (terraced house) in Terrassa. The house is designed according to the owners' needs and it is distributed in two floors.

As in most of these houses, the day area is located on the ground floor and it has parking, bathroom and a large living-dining-kitchen room that faces the backyard. The night area is located on the upper floor and, in this case, it has two bedrooms and one bathroom.

This house in particular is not very depth, so it's essential to take full advantage of the entire area available.
