New single family house project in Sant Cugat del Vallès.

It is a project that was stopped a few years ago. Our task is, therefore, to complete the construction of the house, which already has the structure.

Besides finishing the construction, we propose some modifications to improve the original proposal. Among others, the distribution of the kitchen is changed, the laundry room and a bathroom are placed in another area and one bedroom is eliminated in order to extend the rest.

So at the end, the house has 3 floors plus a basement. Most of the basement is used for parking although it also has a bedroom and a bathroom. On the ground floor we find the day area, with a large living-dining room, kitchen, laundry room and one bathroom. The south facade opens onto the patio of the house that also has a swimming pool. The first and second floor is destined to the night area; In total we find 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, plus a big studio.
