MUNICIPAL EQUIPMENT

Project of rehabilitation and reconversion of a municipal building to an equipment in Terrassa.

It is a municipal building that is in disuse and the City Hall wants to be converted into an equipment.

To carry out the rehabilitation, a minimum intervention on the current distribution is proposed and most of the proposal focuses on rehabilitating the damaged elements and materials.

In addition, the building has three floors and due to the slope of the street, has direct access to two different floors but none of them has an accessible route. So, another of the intervention efforts is to solve the accessibility to the building.
