NEW HOUSE PROJECT

Project of tearing down and building a new terraced house in Terrassa.

The new owners ask us for a new house because the current one is in very bad shape and it is not suitable to live in. Therefore the old one is demolished and a new one will be built according to the needs of the clients.

Working together with the owners, we decide to place all the rooms on two floors and as it is common in these kind of dwellings, the day area is allocated in the ground floor and the night area in the first floor. The ground floor includes a parking, bathroom and a big living-dining room that faces the backyard. On the first floor there are three rooms, a small studio, a bathroom and a laundry room.

Since it is a new house, it has to be highly efficient and sustainable which also it is one of the requests of the clients.
