APARTMENT RENOVATION

Renovation project of an apartment in Badalona.

The owners asked us to renovate an apartment they've just bought and adapt it to their needs and preferences, especially the bathrooms which they want to reform first.

Both bathrooms, which are symmetrical, are completely renovated; the distribution and the tiles are changed, in one of the bathrooms the bathtub is removed and a shower is installed. The other one follows the same standards but keeping the bathtub.

The rest of the flat will be modified later, the kitchen will be also renovated and the distribution of the rooms will be slighty changed in order to optimize the space. It is also expected to adapt and improve the installations, to change some flooring and paint the walls again.
