APARTMENT RENOVATION

Renovation project of a single family house in Sabadell.

We carry out the renovation project in a dwelling that consists to readapt all the rooms, especially the kitchen and the bathroom which are fully renewed.

One of the bathrooms is removed to make possible an extension of the kitchen and at the same time, to optimize the space, so at the end the living-dining room can be extended too. The other bathroom is lightly reduced in order to let extend the following room and its elements are also renewed.

In the rest of the rooms, the installations are adapted and improved, the flooring tiles and the ceiling are changed and the walls are painted again.

Moreover, in order to solve some moisture problems that have been appearing over the years, a plasterboard cladding is installed in the inner face of the party walls.
