HOUSE RENOVATION

Full management of the renovation of a writer's dwelling in Barcelona.

In this case, the project proposes to keep the volumetry of the building and redistribute all the inner spaces, so the main structure (facades and roof) is kept and the interior is made fully new.

On the ground floor there are all the spaces of the house which are two rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and the living-dining room. A inner stairway leads to the roof which is used as a terrace and where there is also a small studio made with wood that creates a nice and comfortable space where it is possible to work quietly.
