NEW CONSTRUCTION DWELLING

We carry out the project design of a house in Valldoreix.

The project, which only has one floor, takes profit of the four facades to create transition spaces between inside and outside. The project also takes advantage of the topography in order to create a parking underground that is connected to the dwelling.

In plan view, it is possible to see the division between night and day areas. These last ones, are linked to the yard in order to make it participate of the inside and avoiding to create boundaries.
