HOUSE RENOVATION

Renovation project of a house in Rubí.

We carry out the project design of a partial renovation of a house in Rubí in order to extend its surface.

Both on the ground floor and the first floor, the dwelling unifies the spaces in order to create areas more wide and diaphanous. The extension of the surface of the upper floor allows to create two different areas inside the house: the day area on the ground floor and the night area on the first floor.

The new volume is generated by a rectangle, perfectly defined, added next to the existing building in order to create a high contrast between the old construction and the new one.

The exteriors are leveled to create large green areas and a swimming pool that is related to the dwelling through metallic structure that overflies it.
