Renovation and adaption project of spaces for the City Hall of Terrassa.

We carry out the renovation project of the different spaces with many functions inside the City Hall of Terrassa, as well as we carry out the construction management to adapt it to the new needs.

The project aims to unify the spaces through a wide common area that links the workspaces and, at the same time, works as a corridor. These workspaces are divided by glass walls, where the combination between transparent and translucent glass creates a inner privacy and, at the same time, it produces a visual fluency.

The materiality of the space plays with the dark and light shades. The dark parquet flooring creates a high contrast with all the space, which is painted in white in order to get more brightness. The structure of the partitions between the spaces are black, like the doors, so they clearly contrast with the walls and they also frame the spaces with transparencies.
