TERRACED HOUSE RENOVATION

Renovation and rehabilitation project of a duplex in Terrassa, Barcelona.

This project consists to renovate an old duplex with load-bearing walls and reorganize the distribution of spaces.

By tearing down one of the load-bearing walls and modifying the structure it is possible to create one unique space for the kitchen, the living room and the dining room that it is much more related with the back yard, which it will also be renovated.

It is proposed to create a lighting and ventilation chimney for the inner rooms and it is also created a new studio, storage room and laundry on the upper floor.
