HOUSE RENOVATION

Full management of the renovation of a single family house in Castellar de n'Hug.

This project is an important challenge in the sense that the interior of the dwelling needs a complete reform.

The old wooden slabs and beams are demolished and a new metallic structure with forged steel deckings is designed and constructed and its new distribution will adapt to the needs of the promoters.

Moreover, a new floor is added, so the roof is also demolished and it is made a new one which has more openings in order to provide skylight to the inner space.

In the last place, it is necessary to install an elevator in order to make accessible the entire dwelling and communicate all the floors.
