APARTMENT RENOVATION

Full management of the renovation of one apartment in Gràcia District, in Barcelona.

We carry out the design and the construction of this apartment in Barcelona where the main goal is to renovate the apartment and redistribute the spaces to get, on one side, more surface and sunlight for the new unified space of the kitchen, living room and dining room and, on the other side, to create a new room on the main facade, next to the one that already exists.

In order to get this, it is necessary to tear down some partition walls and load-bearing walls, as well as to relocate the bathroom in an inner space that receives less sunlight but it is bigger.

The carpentry and facilities (water, lighting, electricity, evacuation and heating) are fully renewed. The pavements and tiles are changed too, and the walls are plastered and repainted.
