APARTMENT RENOVATION

Full management of the renovation of one apartment in Gràcia District, in Barcelona.

We carry out the design and the construction of this complete renovation in one apartment in Barcelona. In this case, the two bathrooms and the kitchen are fully renewed and it is also made new installations of electricity, water and sanitation which were totally obsolete. The windows are also changed in order to improve their performance and the old cladding is replaced by a new one; it is plastered and repainted, the bathrooms and the kitchen are tiled and finally, it is installed a new pavement of ceramic tiles that emulates wooden slats.
