NOVARTIS HEADQUARTERS IN MADRID

Renovation of the Norvatis headquarters in Madrid.

The renovation takes place in an unused mezzanine where it is set the new offices and work spaces of Novartis pharmaceutical company.

The project aims to take advantage of facade openings, both exterior and interior, to place the work spaces which are used continuously. In the interior areas are placed those work spaces used less frequently, such as meeting rooms, conference rooms, video calls rooms or training rooms.

By using a continuous pavement along the entire 600m2 floor, the spaces are unified and it creates the perception of one unique space.
