AISOLATED HOUSE

Project for offices and housing building for Nalco enterprise in Malabo.

The project, located in Equatorial Guinea, merges house and work in a single building in order to facilitate the usage in high mobility jobs in a high growth area.

The building is located in the center of the plot, and the parking spaces are in front and behind it, in an area intended primarily for industries. On the ground floor, as on the first floor, there are offices and work spaces while on the second floor there are the apartments. The security control is located in main entrance while the guard's apartment is in the back part.

The gray shades contrast with the green shades of the local vegetation so the building is enhanced. On the roof is installed a horizontal slab to provide solar protection to the building in a area that has a strong solar radiation.
