AGRI-FOOD COMPLEX

New construction project for an agri-food complex in Equatorial Guinea.

The design requirements of the facility are a group of cold rooms to storage fresh food, an office building, a warehouse for materials and the house of the guard.

All is solved by placing each function in a different building and connecting them through paved roads for internal communication. The house of the guard is detached from the rest by the garden that surrounds it.

All the buildings have the same characteristics: reinforced concrete structure, flat roof, concrete blocks walls and hung metal panels of large format as coating.
