ISOLATED HOUSE

Construction project of an isolated house with annexes in Bata, Equatorial Guinea.

The plot has three different volumes which create a central circulation space. All the spaces combine local vegetation areas with traffic areas.

The main house has two floors (ground floor and first floor) and it is designed to be used as a daily residence since it has the facilities and amenities closer, for example, the swimming pool and the playground.

Besides the main house, the plot has, in one side, an apartment for guests and a large covered parking.
